Colleen enjoys developing and applying creativity. Starting as an intern in 2019 she has applied her analytical, communication and organisational skills to support the team. As an educator she enjoys contributing to the personal development of others.
In her short career as an analyst she has qualified on ARIS as a process modeller, and performed the support function for a Domain Architecture governance forum. Gaining good insight into the practical operational aspects of IT Architecture Governance, and greatly enhancing the level of communication in the community.
Having the advantage of being a digital native, Colleen has difficulty understanding why anyone would want to do things manually.
Having lifelong exposure to technology, and studied abroad, she has a strong perspective on the key topics confronting the workforce dealing with work from home. Similarly her insights in Customer Journey innovation provide a valuable Gen-x perspective.
